The red arrows point to numerous diffraction hyperbolas. These hyperbolas represent the position of a range of buried pipes and cables. The dipping reflections at the bottom of the image represent reflections from the layered sandstone bedrock. The total image covers a region about 40m long and 1.5m deep.
